Parrillan (pronounced: parri-Yan) is taken from the Spanish word, ‘parrilla,’ meaning grill.

Parrillan serves Spanish para picar, arroces, and a choice of beautiful meat, seafood and vegetables to be cooked by guests on their own mini parrillas, on the terrace.

We pour a carefully curated selection of Spanish wines, sherries, and Cavas; available by the glass or bottle, alongside a range of handcrafted cocktails.
