Parrillan (pronounced: parri-Yan) is taken from the Spanish word, ‘parrilla,’ meaning grill. Our two restaurants, Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross and Borough Yards in London Bridge, celebrate sociable Spanish cooking over fire.

Parrillan serves Spanish para picar, arroces, and a choice of beautiful meat, seafood and vegetables to be cooked by guests on their own mini parrillas, on the terraces.

At each location, we pour a carefully curated selection of Spanish wines, sherries, and Cavas; available by the glass or bottle, alongside a range of handcrafted cocktails.
